Your Chinese EV,
fixed from China.
Without leaving your driveway.
OEM engineers in China connect to your car over an ENET cable and your Windows PC, then run the same factory diagnostic tools the dealer uses. OTA updates, fault-code clearing, ECU coding, key programming and crash-lock recovery for 20 brands.
The brands the dealer network abroad cannot touch.
Exported Chinese EVs often land in countries with no authorised service, or with a dealer who has no access to the OEM software. Our engineers do. If your brand is not below, ask anyway.
Four things you can book.
Four service categories. One booking form. We confirm the session fee before you pay, and you can decline at no cost.
Diagnostics
Read fault codes, run actuation tests, calibrate ADAS sensors, clear DTCs.
Key Programming
Add a new smart key, replace lost keys, or pair a replacement immobilizer module.
ECU Coding
Code replacement ECUs, enable hidden features, retrofit modules, update software after a parts swap.
Accident Unlock
Recover collision-locked battery and BCM states. Reset crash sensors, return the car to driveable.
What a remote session actually fixes.
6 jobs we run every week, written up the way we log them. Each one ends with the car back to normal and a record of what was done.
- 01Software
OTA update that never arrives outside China
- Symptom
- Car exported from China stays on year-old firmware. The OEM cloud refuses to push OTA packages to a VIN registered abroad, so bugs the update fixed are still there.
- Fix
- Engineer pulls the correct package for the VIN from the OEM backend and flashes it over the ENET link, module by module, with the factory tool.
- Result
- Latest firmware, new features enabled, release notes shared with the owner.
- 02Fault codes
Permanent warning lamp from a China-only module
- Symptom
- Telematics box or 4G module cannot reach its home network abroad. It throws a lost-communication fault on every drive and the dash shows a warning that will not clear.
- Fix
- Engineer codes the module out of the gateway configuration or disables the check in the affected controllers, exactly as a dealer would for a spec change.
- Result
- Warning lamp gone. Other diagnostics remain intact, nothing is masked.
- 03ECU coding
Replacement module needs VIN write and coding
- Symptom
- Workshop fitted a new BCM, radar or camera but the car rejects it: wrong VIN, wrong variant coding, functions greyed out.
- Fix
- Engineer writes the VIN, applies the variant coding for the exact trim and runs the post-replacement routines from the OEM tool.
- Result
- Module accepted, functions restored, no trip to a dealer that does not exist in your country.
- 04Keys
Lost or extra smart key, NFC card pairing
- Symptom
- Only one working key left, or a second-hand car came with none. Local locksmiths have no OEM security access for the brand.
- Fix
- Engineer authenticates against the OEM security server, adds the new key or card and revokes the lost ones.
- Result
- Keys paired, old ones dead. Works with keys ordered from us or sourced locally.
- 05Accident recovery
Car locked out after a collision
- Symptom
- After an airbag event the high-voltage contactors stay open and the car refuses to drive, even though the body repair is finished.
- Fix
- Engineer clears the crash record in the airbag controller and the battery management system, then re-enables high voltage after checks.
- Result
- Car drives again. Insurance repair completed locally instead of being written off.
- 06Calibration
ADAS camera calibration after a windscreen change
- Symptom
- New windscreen fitted, lane keeping and adaptive cruise disabled with a calibration fault.
- Fix
- Engineer runs the OEM static or dynamic calibration routine while your workshop positions the target board.
- Result
- Driver assistance back online, calibration report saved for your records.
Six links between your car and the OEM cloud.
You provide the first three. We provide the rest. The engineer's software sees your car as if it were parked in a dealership in Shenzhen.
Four steps from plugging in to a working repair plan.
- Connect
Plug the car into your Windows PC with an ENET cable and open EV Fix Connector.
- Bridge
A secure gateway connects you to the OEM diagnostic systems the engineer signs into at work.
- Diagnose
An OEM engineer reads codes, runs live tests, and codes ECUs with the factory tools they use day-to-day.
- Repair
The engineer pinpoints the fault and walks you through parts and procedure live during the session.
All you need to have
An ENET cable
OBD-II on one end, RJ45 Ethernet on the other. Plugs in under the dashboard. Generic DoIP cables cost about $20 online and cover most brands. Don't have one? We can ship it with the booking.
A Windows PC
Windows 10 or 11 with an Ethernet port and ordinary home internet. You install EV Fix Connector, click connect, and the engineer takes it from there while you watch.
